Which areas do you cover?
We are able to provide displays directly throughout Greater London and the south east. Through our network members we can provide services all over the UK.

If my flowers deteriorate before they are due for change, what should I do?
Our service means that you floral displays are guaranteed to last for the working week. If replacement or renovation is required, this will be done without additional charge.

How often will my plant displays be maintained?
Typically, displays are maintained on a weekly or fortnightly cycle.

What do you do upon each service?
Our trained Technician is responsible for, where applicable, watering, feeding, cleaning, pruning, pest control, leaf shine and replacement of any ailing plants.

What happens when a plant dies, do we have to pay for replacements?
No, typically if you have a maintenance or rental agreement any ailing plant is replaced at no extra cost.

What dictates the cost of my displays?
Many factors dictate the cost of your displays. The type of container, plant, size, light and living conditions. Every quotation is given on a case by case basis with consideration to the type of container, plant, size, light and living conditions.

Do I own the plants? What is the difference between purchase/maintenace or rental.
Both will be maintained in exactly the same way. Should you purchase the displays outright, then the units are owned by you and maintained on a minimum 12 month contract, with a three month termination period thereafter. If you choose the rental option, then ownership of the displays willl remain with us throughout. The minimum period of a rental contract is 24 months with a three month termination period thereafter.

How do I place an order if I want to add to my agreement?
We can add displays to you agreement at anytime. You may contact us via email or phone so that we are able to ascertain your exact requirements and supply accordingly.

Have you got pictures of plant displays, planters or floral displays?
When our Designer visits, you will be able to select from a vast array of designs and styles.

Do you send flowers anywhere and how can I pay for these?
Yes, we are able to deliver flowers anywhere within the UK mainland and worldwide via our relay service. These can be added to your monthly account or paid by credit card.

For security purposes, how will we recognise your staff?
All of our staff Uniforms vehicles are clearly branded with the company logo.
